Can I test drive before I buy?
Yes. Telephone either branch and we will arrange it, including for the model you are considering rather than whatever is nearest the door.
Do you take trade ins?
Yes. Bring the vehicle to Karuruma and we will value it against whatever you are moving to.
How often does a Toyota need servicing?
Every 5,000 km or six months, whichever comes first. Rwandan roads and dust make the interval matter more than the manual suggests.
Are your parts genuine?
Every part we sell and fit is Toyota Genuine, with Toyota's warranty behind it. Anything we do not hold, we order through CFAO.
Is my vehicle affected by the Takata recall?
Telephone with the chassis number and we will check the campaign list. If it is affected, the replacement is free, whatever the age of the car.
