AHow a booking runs

Book
Telephone either branch, or send the form. Tell us the plate and the mileage.

Bring it in
Karuruma for major work, Muhima for routine servicing in town.

We inspect
A technician checks the vehicle and calls you before any work beyond the booking.

You collect
Washed, with the job sheet, and the next service date on the record.

BWhat the workshop does

Scheduled servicing: Every 5,000 km or six months, whichever comes first, to Toyota's own schedule.
Diagnostics: Toyota diagnostic equipment and technicians trained on the current systems.
Body and paint: Accident repair, panel work and refinishing to factory specification.
Tyres and alignment: Fitting, balancing and four wheel alignment.
Warranty work: All warranty and recall work carried out at either branch.
Fleet servicing: Scheduled maintenance contracts for company and institutional fleets.
